4 ingredient homemade pasta

In less time than it takes to get in your car, drive to the store, purchase your pasta and get home you can make this simple and yummy homemade pasta!!










Here is what you need....


2C flour of choice (I use organic semolina or organic all purpose)

3 large eggs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt







How too.....


  1. On a clean surface, measure out 2C of flour, create a well in the middle (I use my measuring cup to press down a hole in the center)

  2. Crack 3 eggs into center and slowly incorporate flour and eggs by scooping the flour into the egg mixture (it will be dry and shaggy)

  3. Once mostly incorporated, use hands to press together dough for a few minutes (it may still be shaggy)

  4. Add the olive oil and salt onto dough and combine well

  5. Once a smooth ball has formed, cover in plastic wrap and let it sit for 20 minutes - or until you are ready to use it

  6. Flour a clean surface and roll out dough to desired thickness

  7. Cut into desired shape

  8. Boil water with sea salt

  9. Cook your pasta and top it with whatever sauce you love!
