Brown Butter Banana Breakfast Cookies
1.5C oats
3 ripe bananas
1/4C gluten free flour
1/4C grass fed butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4C chocolate chips
1/4C pumpkin seeds
1/4C hemp hearts
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
1. In a pan add butter and simmer until golden brown, set aside to cool
2. In a mixing bowl, add ripe bananas and mash well
3. Preheat oven to 375F
4. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix will
5. Add to a greased pan and bake for 20-22 minutes
