Balsamic Glazed Turkey Meatballs




Ingredients


Meatballs

1 pound ground turkey


1 egg


1/4C almond flour


1 tsp sea salt


Glaze

1/3C balsamic vinegar


3 tbsp honey


2 tsp soy sauce


1 tsp garlic powder


2 tsp corn starch


1/4 water



Instructions

1. Mix together turkey, egg, almond flour and sea salt; form turkey meatballs


2. In a pan coated in oil, brown all sides of meatballs


3. In a bowl mix together vinegar, honey, garlic powder, soy sauce, water and cornstarch


4. Pour sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes; spoon sauce over meatballs every few minutes


5. Serve over rice and with your favourite veggies
