Blackened fish salad with garlic lime dressing

When summer rolls around, I am all about fresh food. This salad is JUST THAT. So refreshing, light but with a little kick.

6oz White fish of choice

3 tbsp seasoning salt ( The one I used is HERE)


4 tbsp mayo

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sea salt

1 lime (juice and zest)

2 tsp olive oil

3C lettuce of your choice

1 mango (Chopped)

3 tbsp sesame seeds

  1. In a bowl spread out your blackening spice, dip and coat your fish

  2. In a pan, add 1 tbsp avocado oil on medium/high heat; once warm add fish and cook until flakey and fully cooked

  3. In a bowl add together dressing ingredients and mix well

  4. Add salad ingredients and fish to a bowl and your dressing
