Breakfast Bowl

I don't know about you, but the last thing I want to do is eat a boring breakfast. I want to wake up and be excited about my breakfast! I also don't want to eat some soggy pre-made thing either. I like my breakfast to have some depth. Well, look no further. This bowl is SO tasty. It can be meal prepped (just leave out the cereal).

1C coconut yogurt

1/2C mixed berries

1 tbsp honey

1/2C of your favourite cereal ( see below for mine!!)

Recently I am trying to be aware of my protein intake, so I have swapped my granola for an extra crunch from my new cereal. I found this cereal from love grown that has 12 grams of protein! Plus is comes in so many yummy flavours!

I also love that it is lower in sugar than your typical cereal and has a good amount of fibre which is amazing for keeping you full!

If you want to meal prep this you can prep it all and add the cereal just before you are going to eat it!
