Buffalo chicken soup



Ingredients

3 chicken breast

3C chicken broth

2 cloves of garlic (minced)

1 white onion (diced)

1 red pepper (diced)

1 can coconut milk

1/2C hot sauce

2 tsp sea salt

1C spinach

2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot sauté your onion and garlic in oil

  2. Add chicken and sear on each side until brown

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 40-45 minutes

  4. Take out chicken breasts, shred them and add them back in

  5. ENJOY!
