Chocolate covered brazil nuts; WITH A TWIST

This is pretty much a multivitamin… but chocolate flavoured. High in selenium, protein, omegas, minerals and magnesium

1 tsp coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp hemp hearts



In a microwave bowl, melt together chocolate, coconut oil and maple syrup; mix in hemp hearts; dip Brazil nuts; sprinkle with flakey sea salt and place in the fridge!
