If you love to surf, you will LOVE this town. I love watching surfing, love attempting to surf but am by no means a surfer. This place has awesome options for all people. A beach you can walk on for miles, a cute pier, some nice little restaurants…
Here’s what we got up to:
Surf at cocoa beach pier; we rented boards from a1a rentals; head down to the pier for the day and watch surfers or try yourself!
Kennedy Space Center; very interesting, especially if you are someone who loves to learn about space! (Think a mini Disney world that is space themed
Beach walks; no matter where you are staying there are tonnes of options to enter the beach on each street and take a nice stroll.
Sunrise watching; every morning I would head down to the beach to watch the amazing sunrise (it rises on the beach side and sets on the riverside)
Restaurants
Coconuts on the beach - fun vibes right on the beach!
Squid lips - head here for an amazing sunset and some good food!
4th street fill-in station - really good food and ice cream here!
We spent 3 days here; it was the perfect amount of time to be able to see the whole town, spend some time relaxing on the beach and be on our way to key west; head over to the blog to read about our time in key west!
