1/2 cup grass fed butter
2/3 cup brown or coconut sugar
1/2C almond flour
1/2C oats
1 Tablespoon cream or milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2C dark chocolate
In a pan, melt butter; then add sugar, oats, almond flour, cream and vanilla; mix well until combined on low heat
Let dough sit for 5 minutes off heat
Preheat oven to 350F
Spoon 1 large teaspoon on dough onto a baking sheet with space between each
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown
Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and flakey sea salt
