Gluten free Lace Cookies




1/2 cup grass fed butter

1/2C oats

1 Tablespoon cream or milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2C dark chocolate









  1. In a pan, melt butter; then add sugar, oats, almond flour, cream and vanilla; mix well until combined on low heat

  2. Let dough sit for 5 minutes off heat

  3. Preheat oven to 350F

  4. Spoon 1 large teaspoon on dough onto a baking sheet with space between each

  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and flakey sea salt
