INGREDIENTS:
6 tbsp grass fed butter, softened
1/4C coconut sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg white
2 cups almond flour
1/2C mini chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla and then add in remaining ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
2. Form 14 cookies. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden.
