Healthier "Chewy" Bars

These are so perfect for breakfast, as dessert or even on the go!




Ingredients

1C oats

1C chopped nuts

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

3/4C nut butter of choice

1/4C honey

1 tsp vanilla

Chocolate chips


Optional but recommended:

2 tbspCollagen

2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp Hemp seeds

2 tbsp flax seeds







Instructions


Mix all the ingredients together, add to a parchment lined square pan and place in the fridge to harden, once they have firmed up you can slice them up!
