This has a little bit of sweet, savoury, buttery and CRUNCH! Full of omega's, healthy fats and most importantly FLAVOUR. This is so easy and perfect for hosting or an easy weeknight dinner.
Honey Pistachio Crusted Salmon
1/2C crushed pistachio
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp garlic powder
2 4 oz pieces of salmon
Preheat oven to 375F
Mix together all ingredients and top salmon with mixture
Place in the oven until flakey and cooked through (It will depend on the thickness of your salmon)
I like to serve this with a big salad or brown rice! Super simple weeknight dinner complete in under 45 minutes!
