"How can I get more nutrients in my day?"


Every single meal, I make sure I pack as many nutrients into my meal as possible.

A few of my favourites would be ....


1. Adding hemp hearts to literally anything for extra omegas and proteins


2. Stuffing spinach or any veggies into my smoothies


3. ALWAYS start with a Nutrient-Packed Breakfast


4. Snack on Nutrient-Rich Foods: Instead of reaching for processed snacks, choose nutrient-dense options. Some examples include raw nuts, seeds, Greek yogurt, hummus with carrot sticks, or sliced fruits.


5. Hydrate with Water Throughout the Day: Staying hydrated is essential for overall health and nutrient absorption. Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day. You can infuse it with fruits like lemon, lime, or cucumber for added flavour.


6. Incorporate Superfoods: Include superfoods in your meals whenever possible. These are nutrient-dense foods that offer a range of health benefits. Examples include berries, kale, spinach, broccoli, salmon, chia seeds, quinoa, and turmeric.


7. Cook at Home: Preparing meals at home allows you to have control over the ingredients and cooking methods.


As always, don't stress, don't deprive just focus on adding in nutrients whenever it is possible!
