Immunity, what can we do to boost it?
With everything that has happened in the past few years, immunity is very important to most people. So how can you naturally boost it??
Boosting your immune system can be done in various ways and as a holistic health coach, these are some of the ways I suggest you take to build a strong immunity...
Eat a nutritious diet: A balanced diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats can provide your body with essential nutrients and antioxidants that support your immune system.
Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep is crucial for a healthy immune system. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. I
f you have troubles sleeping, try magnesium. THIS is my favourite one.
Manage stress: Chronic stress can weaken your immune system, so it's important to find ways to manage stress. Some effective stress management techniques include meditation, yoga, deep breathing, and regular exercise. If you struggle with stress and anxiety, THIS is my favourite supplement.
Exercise regularly: Exercise can help boost your immune system by promoting circulation, reducing inflammation, and
improving overall health.
Spend time in nature: Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress, boost mood, and support overall health, all of which can have a positive impact on your immune system.
Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water and other fluids can help keep your body hydrated and support immune function. Grab a cute water bottle and get drinking!
Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption: Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can weaken your immune system and increase your risk of illness. And if you do drink, make sure to rehydrate
with electrolytes (THESE are my favourite)
