L- Theanine - Why do I love it??

Now more than ever anxiety seems to be very prominent (for good reason!!).. so I thought I would share something that helped me relax and get the sleep that I need to function at an optimal level.

We are talking about L-theanine this week!

Another supplement that I absolutely love and have been taking for the past 2 years during the stressful times we have been facing! L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea leaves but is used for a wide variety of symptoms! I take this with my magnesium and sleep like a baby almost every night BUT if I miss a night I am not dependant on it! I will also take some if I am feeling anxious or going through something stressful, it really helps!
