Fall is HERE! and we are ready to use all those apples we got apple picking!
Ingredients
Crust
1/4C coconut sugar
1/4C oats
1/2C almond flour
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Filling
2 apples (diced)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp corn starch
Crisp
1/4C oats
1/4C coconut sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375F
Mix together crust; press into muffin tins; pack down firmly
Mix together filling and add on top of crust
Sprinkle crisp on top of filling
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
Put in the fridge to store
