Mini (personal) apple crisps!

Fall is HERE! and we are ready to use all those apples we got apple picking!


Ingredients



Crust

1/4C coconut sugar

1/4C oats

1/2C almond flour

3 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon


Filling

2 apples (diced)

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp corn starch


Crisp

1/4C oats

1/4C coconut sugar

2 tsp cinnamon




  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Mix together crust; press into muffin tins; pack down firmly

  3. Mix together filling and add on top of crust

  4. Sprinkle crisp on top of filling

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Put in the fridge to store
