Hemp Seed Crusted Salmon Fresh Salmon 1/2C hemp hearts 2 tbsp dill 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil of choice any other herbs of choice! 1. Preheat oven or BBQ for salmon 2. Place salmon on a baking sheet or cedar plank 3. Rub oil on salmon 4. mix together hemp hearts and spices/herbs 5. Dip salmon in hemp heart mix until crusted 6. Cook salmon and enjoy with your favourite side dish!
