My papa makes this salad every year and WOW it is my favourite thing in the world. But I don’t even want to know how much mayo and salt goes into it. I have made my own healthier spin on it.
4C cooked pasta
1C peas
1/2C chopped ham
1/4C greek yogurt
1/4C diced red onion
3 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
In a bowl, add together all ingredients and mix well. I like to make this the day before do the pasta can soak in the flavours
