We prepped this for this weeks easy breaky.. so yummy and packed full of healthy fats and protein to keep you full!
I also made a batch for a friend that just gave birth and it is so nutrient dense and an easy breast feeding snack while she is in the thick of becoming a new parent. Highly suggest making something like this for new mama’s!
Ingredients
2C Oats
1/4C grass fed butter OR coconut oil
3/4C coconut sugar
2C Milk of choice
2C mix ins (I used pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds and walnuts)
1 ripe banana (mashed)
1/2C chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2C peanut butter
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Mix together all ingredients and pour into a baking dish
3.Bake for 45 minutes
4. Slice it up and serve!
