Salmon Cakes with Dill Dressing


1/2C plain greek yogurt OR sour cream

2 tbsp fresh dill

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

Salmon Cakes

2 cans salmon

1 red bell pepper

1 small onion

1 egg

1/4C almond flour (or bread crumbs if you are not GF!)

2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Mix together the dressing and set aside

  2. In a pan, sauté the bell pepper and onion

  3. Combine salmon, pepper, onion, egg and flour in a bowl and form salmon patties

  4. Pan fry on each side in 2 tbsp of olive oil until golden brown on each side
