Trail Mix Yogurt Bark
Catch me eating this every night for a post dinner snack. It is easy, quick and healthy! Perfect way to end a good day.
2 tbsp peanut butter (my fav HERE)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Melted chocolate (my fav HERE)
Pumpkin seeds (my fav HERE)
Flakey Sea salt (my fav HERE)
Mix together the base on parchment paper, drizzle the chocolate and toppings, freeze until solid and break apart! Stores well in the freezer :)
