Tuscan Chicken Bake

Grab the ingredients I used here!



1 tomato (Diced)

1 small white onion (sliced)

1/2C sun-dried tomatoes

1C chopped spinach

1 orange pepper (sliced)

1C rice

1C bone broth

1/2 C greek yogurt

4 chicken breasts (sliced)

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cayenne pepper

3 tsp sea salt

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2C aged cheddar (shredded)



  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Add tomato, onion, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, pepper, rice, bone broth and greek yogurt to your oven safe pan; mix well

  3. In a bowl add sliced chicken, spices and olive oil; coat well

  4. Add the chicken on top of vegetable and rice mixture; submerge chicken

  5. Bake for 40 minutes

  6. Add cheese and broil for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbling
