Cinnamon Crumble Banana Bread

Grab the ingredients I used HERE

1C almond flour

1C oat flour

1/2C coconut sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp sea salt

3 ripe bananas

1/2C greek yogurt

3 large eggs

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/4C hemp hearts

1/4C flax seeds

Cinnamon sugar crumble

1/4C coconut sugar

2 tbsp cold butter

2 tbsp oats

1 tbsp cinnamon 

1/4C chopped walnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a bowl mix together all ingredients

  3. Pour into a greased or lined pan

  4. Bake for 50- 55 minutes

  5. Slather with butter and flakey sea salt and dive in!
