Crispy Lemon Pepper Chickpeas
2 Cans rinsed and drain chickpeas
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 tsp sea salt
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
Mix rinsed chickpeas with all ingredients and coat well
Add to your air fryer and bake until crispy!
These are my FAVOURITE thing to add to my salads as a replacement for croutons to add a protein punch! Or eat them by the handful…. Seriously SO good!
