Mini Hasselback potatoes

How fricken CUTE!

12 mini potatoes

3 tbsp olive oil

1 clove of garlic (crushed)

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp italian seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Slice potatoes 3/4 of the way down

3. Mix together oil, garlic and italian seasoning

4. Drizzle on potatoes, coating well

5. Sprinkle with sea salt

6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crispy!!
