Taco Power Bowls

I find bowls to be such an easy way to get lots of nutrients in and still feel satisfied. This bowl is on weekly rotation in my house for sure!



Ingredients


Taco filling

1 package ground meat (I like beef or turkey!)

1C diced mushrooms

1 diced white onion

1 package taco spice


Cooked rice

Lettuce

Shredded cabbage

Sour cream or greek yogurt

Sliced green onions

Avocado


  1. In a pan add all the taco filling ingredients and cook until browned

  2. Cook your rice

  3. In a bowl add lettuce, rice, taco filling; top with green onions, avocado, salsa, sour cream and hot sauce

  4. DIVE IN!
