Okay so... If you are subscribed to these emails you probably care about your health. SO.. let's have a quick chat about OILS and how they can impact your health.



This is important because it is something that we are consuming on a daily basis. If you have been following me for awhile you will see that I am constantly rotating between avocado oil, coconut oil, grass fed butter/ghee, hemp seed oil and extra virgin olive oil. There is a reason for that! These are what I would consider as healthy oils! These are great forms of fat that help keep us satiated and are needed for healthy functioning bodies!


So you may be wondering what about the canola and sunflower oil that are in my everyday foods?! Aren’t they made from plants? They have to be healthy right? Well.. sorry to break it to you but those oils are actually extremely inflammatory to your body and usually extracted with chemicals!


Don’t get me wrong, I still consume these oils.. because they are extremely hard to avoid, but when I can I always opt for healthier options! Here are some to enjoy and others to avoid:


Oils to enjoy:

EVOO

AVOCADO OIL

GRASS FED BUTTER

COCONUT OIL COLD PRESSED HEMP SEED OIL (You can always use my discount code included at the bottom of this email!)


Oils to Avoid:

x CANOLA

x SUNFLOWER

x VEGETABLE OIL

x SOYBEAN OIL
