1 lb shrimp
3 tbsp corn starch
1 egg
2 tbsp milk of choice
1/2C almond flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Sauce
1/3C hot sauce
2 tbsp grass fed butter
In one bowl add corn starch
In a separate bowl add almond flour, sea salt and garlic powder
In another bowl add egg and milk (whisk well)
First dip shrimp in corn starch, then egg wash then flour mixture; place on air fryer liner
Air fry for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown
In a small bowl melt the butter with the hot sauce, mix well
Toss the shrimp in the hot sauce mixture and ENJOY
